Domingo is inspired by the cult of Quelo. He is a supernatural entity but he lives a life full of doubt. Just like humans he has no clue to anything. Domingo believes we are part of a big plan but has no particular idea of the general sense, we jus know that for it to work some one will screw us and we will get to screw someone else...
you know, he's a domino piece so it's quite comprehensible that this is his take on things.
